Abstract

|
Sodium salts of phosphated capric and myristic acyl derivatives of mannitol were prepared and evaluated for surface activity, foam characteristics and emulsifying properties. Triacyl mannitols of capric and myristic acid have better emulsifying property than the corresponding di and monocompounds.
